The NAD provides this “Notice” as a public service. This Notice is for people who believe they are owed money by Billion Coupons, Inc., a company owned by Marvin Cooper. The company was also called “Billion Coupons Investment” and “BCI.” The Notice provides information about how to obtain claim forms; all claims must be filed by October 7, 2009.

NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING INVESTED WITH,
LOANED MONEY TO, OR WHO BELIEVE THEY HAVE
CLAIMS AGAINST OR ARE OWED MONEY BY
BILLION COUPONS, INC.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a claims procedure has been established pursuant to an order of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii in those matters entitled Securities & Exchange Commission V. Billion Coupons, Inc., (aka Billion Coupons Investment) and Marvin A. Cooper, Civil Action 09-00068 JMS and U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission v. Billion Coupons, Inc. et al, Civil Action 09-00069 JMS. The Court has ordered that all persons having claims against Billion Coupons, Inc., must make and present their claims to the Receiver for those entities on or before October 7, 2009 or be forever barred from participation in the distribution of the assets of the Billion Coupons, Inc., Receivership Estate.
