  3. Whether Ben believes it or not, the letter from ZVRS about Sorenson is still there at the FCC's website. That's the brutality of healthy competition.

  4. Really cannot trust ZVRS as they do bully deaf community, once they sees you have sorenson number, they go after you if you wanted upgrade to Z20. No difference when Sorenson do bully the deaf community, I have gave up ZVRS account as I lost trust in them when they ( tech support) saw my router settings with vp200 that belongs to my roommate, they locked out my z-number and demanding that I give them my roommates phone number which doesn't belong to me. I saw their N-touch and it does work with the right settings. ZVRS customer service is something we all have to watch out for. Thus, they may have good features on their products but the customer service is ... whoa .. watch out as they do search for Sorenson number and get you hooked. I am one of the victim. I won't believe ZVRS nor trust them anymore.. STay alert. Yet, I do miss their features but not their customer service dept, they do bite.
