Cuts close 3 deaf charity offices

How the UK government removes support for deaf..... via the slow death of a thousand cuts..... and by playing one deaf support area against another. Cumbria-DeafVision cut jobs last year in the face of diminishing funds and bosses are now bracing themselves for more losses.
