Greetings everyone,
I begin this newsletter with a sad note that Deafvideo.tv website has become
infected with a behavioral syndrome that has caused Aslrocks.net website to
crash and close. People from Aslrocks.net simply flocked to Deafvideo.tv
website and then shortly afterwards they started spewing out their trademark
bullying language in their new home. This is very critical because the owner of
Deafvideo.tv happens to be married to an attorney employed by the National
Association of the Deaf. Therefore it is a safe bet that this infectious
behavorial syndrome will spread into the National Association of the Deaf. So
when the National Association of the Deaf becomes a bully, the entire deaf
community loses big time. All efforts must be taken to ensure this infectious
behavioral syndrome stops at Deafvideo.tv and not spread to National Association
of the Deaf because it's the home, the soul, the fire, and the power of the deaf
community.
We are cranking up our Meetup program to meet again at a local restaurant
starting this coming May. We have 3 meetup groups. They are;

An advocate for the hearing impaired community is calling for doctors and health

Churches, Hospitals Asked To Employ Sign Language Interpreters
Mr Simon Nyadro, Ho Municipal Advocacy Committee Chairman of the Ghana
Federation of the Disabled (GFD), has called on churches and hospitals to engage
the services of sign language interpreters to facilitate communication between

Deaf eligible for driving licence: Delhi high court
The Delhi high court allowed on Monday the plea of National Association of the
Deaf (NAD) and said if the deaf person approaches the transport department for a
driving licence then the same should be given if he passes the test.
