Virgin Media still can't get it right, when it comes to their deaf customers

So much for me being quiet until 1st December here. I had to blog about this now, otherwise it would be old news by then. *sigh*

This evening Virgin Media tried to phone me twice on my mobile phone. I cancelled call on both occasions.
