YouTube can provided the subtitle for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing people around the world so they can enjoy to see the Youtube with English or another language subtitles! Do you know what is "CC"? It stands for "Closed Caption" where it allows the user to activate the text subtitle options on the video on YouTube.
