This came to my attention and caught my eyes that when CSDVRS, LLC (aka ZVRS, LLC) submit a letter to Federal Communications Commission in regarding a suggestion in regarding about a new idea for interprters to do VRS relay calls. CSDVRS, LLC suggested that a small percentage of new “Virtual Call Centers” to be developed and allow interprters to do the relay calls in the new center.
