As of today, Federal Communications Commission confirmed that Communication Access Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing is announcing that will be shutting down CACVRS that offers VRS and IP Relay such as URRelay, Nextalk.net and many other subcontractors on January 9, 2012.
