Yes! We've found the best way to offer free ASL classes is through our own channel at Yahoo Live system.
You can watch and learn as a guest, you don't need to sign up for anything.

Based on the colorful unpublished comments left here, I'm glad the use of technology will help bring the education of ASL to a lot of hearing people.
ReplyDeleteWe have a subcontractor we hired to teach ASL in the past. She had been our ASL teacher for the last 3 years.
We'll be teaching her how to do it online and we can expand on that for other ideas such as using the same system to educate deaf people in their own homes.

Fabulous! What a great idea whose time has come!! Any chance that it can be done simultaneously with spanish subtitles?? I am a psychologist that works with many spanish speaking families that would LOVE to learn online.
